Trigger Point/Dry Needling PAANZ Disclaimer
PAANZ does not endorse trigger point/dry needling education without meeting the PAANZ standard of acupuncture education to attend post basic courses. We consider dry needling to be an integral part of acupuncture practice and to dry needle one should have acupuncture education. PAANZ is prepared to provide safety and practical dry needling education for the ongoing CPD and compliance with safety of using acupuncture needles for NZSP members who have done dry needling education, but this cannot be considered a pathway to PAANZ member status.
